Asparagus Casserole
This recipe comes from Aunt Alice - she was PaPaw’s sister.
ingredients
- Canned asparagus, drained
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
- Sliced boiled eggs
- Crushed buttered crackers
directions
- 1
layer asparagus in casserole dish.
- 2
Cover with soup, eggs and crushed crackers. Repeat for second layer.
- 3
Heat in oven.
