Baked Parmesan Fish Fillets

- 2 Tablespoons Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Seafood Fry Mix or:
- Bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- fillet fish
- 1 egg beaten

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Spread melted butter on shallow baking pan.

Mix fry mix or bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and italian seasoning in shallow dish.

Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.

Moisten with egg, then coat with bread crumbs or seafood mix.

Arrange fish fillets in single layer in prepared pan.

Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning once.
