Cheese Sandwich Soufflé
Favorite family photo...Favorite family meal.
ingredients
- 12 slices bread, crusts removed
- 8 slices cheese, provolone or Havarti
- 1/2 lb. sliced ham
- 5 eggs
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
directions

Lightly butter a 9x13 inch pan and arrange half the bread in the bottom.

Cover with the cheese and ham, then the remaining bread.

Beat the eggs and then pour in the milk and salt. Pour over sandwiches

And refrigerate 1 hour. Bake at 350˚ until lightly browned, 40-45 min.
