Pumpkin Sheet Cake
ingredients
- For the cake:
- 16 oz can pumpkin
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- For the frosting:
- 3 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 5 tablespoons butter (softened)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 3 - 4 teaspoons milk
- chopped nuts

Mix ingredients for cake together and pour into jelly roll pan.

Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes then cool.

Mix frosting ingredients together and top cooled cake with frosting.

Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
