Chocolate Chip Kiss
Melts in the mouth!
ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 2/3 cup (150g) white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (100g) chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 6 ounce (160 g) package chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 350-400°F (190-200°C). Make sure that you use radiant heat rather than the convection function of the oven.

Beat egg whites until stiff (Be careful that there is no yolk mixed in with the whites!). Slowly beat in sugar. Add vanilla and salt.

Fold in pecans and chocolate chips.

Drop tablespoons of mixture onto a sheet of baking paper or foil.

Put cookies in oven, turn heat off, and leave overnight.
