The best white-trash appetizer around.
ingredients
- Nonstick vegetable oil spray
- 2 8-oz tubes of refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tbs honey mustard
- 1/3 cup coarsely grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 36 mini sausages (Bruce Aiddels minis are good!)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spray heavy large baking sheet with nonstick spray

Unroll dough on work surface. Separate along perforations into individual triangles, and cut each triangle into two or three smaller triangles.

Spread each triangle with mustard and cheese.

Arrange sausage on triangle and wrap leaving a border, put on prepared sheets, and repeat.

Bake sausages until dough is golden brown, about 20 minutes.

If you plan on freezing, cool before putting in freezer and wrap airtight.
