Vegetable Calzone
ingredients
- 1 pkg Pizza Dough
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 Yellow Pepper
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 bag spinach
- 1/2 sweet onion
- 1 zuchinni
- 1 summer squash
- 1 can stewed tomatoes (drained)
- 1 pkg mushrooms
- 1 c shredded cheese
- marinara sauce

Slice all veggies. In pan, cook veggies with a little olive oil until tender.

Spread Pizza dough. Place all cooked veggies and cheese in the middle of the dough and wrap the dough around. (make sure all dough is evenly spread)

Place on cookie sheet. Make 4-5 slices in top with a knife.

Cook calzone for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees

** You could also add grilled chicken or beef to this recipe!
