Chile n Cheese Spirals
ingredients
- 1 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups mild cheddar cheese
- 1 cup 8 oz diced green chilis
- 1 cup (about 6) sliced green onions
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- i cup chopped ripe olives
- 8" soft tortillas
directions
Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chiles, green onions and olives in medium bowl. Spread 1/2 cup over tortilla. Roll and refrigerate 1 hour. Slice into spirals.
