Lou's Broccoli Salad
ingredients
- 3 cups fresh, uncooked broccoli, chopped in little pieces (tops and upper stems only)
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped or sliced toasted almonds
- 1/4 cup finely minced onion
- 1/2 cup finely sliced baby carrots
- 1/4 cup honey (more or less to taste)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
directions
mix all ingredients together and chill at least an hour before serving
