GREAT APPETIZER FOR THE SEAFOOD LOVER! GOOD WITH A MARGARITA!

ingredients

  • For the crab dip:
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 c crumbled feta
  • About 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, optional
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 cups (about 12 ounces) fresh lump crabmeat, drained and picked over
  • 1 tsp old bay
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • Monterey Jack cheese
  • Cream together mayo, Dijon, lemon juice and cream cheese
  • Combine all the rest except Monterey Jack
  • Place mixture in oven safe dish
  • Top with Jack and bake until melted
  • Brown under broiler
