Strawberry Pretzel Dessert
ingredients
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1 (8-oz) pack cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 (6-oz) pack strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups frozen strawberries (10 oz)
- 2 cups boiling water

Mix together crushed pretzels, sugar and oleo. Press into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 min. Cool.

Mix together cream cheese, sugar and whipped topping. Put over crust and place in refrigerator to set. Mix gelatin, strawberries and water. Let set slightly; then pour over cheese layer. Refrigerate.
