Tasty broth, filled with vegetables and stuffed won-tons

ingredients

  • 28 Edamame Stuffed Wontons
  • 6 Cups of Chicken Broth
  • 2 TBSP Fish Sauce
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup of Broccoli florets
  • 1 c button Mushrooms
  • 1/2 c sliced Carrots
  • 1 8 oz can Baby Corn, drained
  • 1/2 c sliced Bok Choy
  • 1/2 c sliced Green Onions
  • 1 c Pea Pods

    1. In a large pot combine chicken broth, fish sauce and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.

    2. Add stuffed wontons. Cook for 3 minutes.

    3. Add carrots. Cook for 3 min.

    4. Add broccoli and mushrooms. Cook for 3 min.

    5. Add baby corn, bok choy, pea pods and green onions. Cook for 3 more minutes.

  • 6

    6. Serve at once.

notes

Traditional wontons are filled with a mixture of finely chopped shrimp, ground pork, onion, garlic and soy sauce. Cooking times remain the same.
