War Wonton Soup
Tasty broth, filled with vegetables and stuffed won-tons
ingredients
- 28 Edamame Stuffed Wontons
- 6 Cups of Chicken Broth
- 2 TBSP Fish Sauce
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 cup of Broccoli florets
- 1 c button Mushrooms
- 1/2 c sliced Carrots
- 1 8 oz can Baby Corn, drained
- 1/2 c sliced Bok Choy
- 1/2 c sliced Green Onions
- 1 c Pea Pods

1. In a large pot combine chicken broth, fish sauce and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.

2. Add stuffed wontons. Cook for 3 minutes.

3. Add carrots. Cook for 3 min.

4. Add broccoli and mushrooms. Cook for 3 min.

5. Add baby corn, bok choy, pea pods and green onions. Cook for 3 more minutes.

6. Serve at once.
notes
Traditional wontons are filled with a mixture of finely chopped shrimp, ground pork, onion, garlic and soy sauce. Cooking times remain the same.
