Faith's Sausage - Egg - Cheese Casserole
Julie and Evan - this is a recipe that is done the night before, refrigerated and cooked in the morning. Great for overnight company.
ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage (or bacon or ham)
- 1 cup grated sharp cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 cups milk
- 3 slices white bread cubed
directions

Brown and drain sausage or bacon.

Beat eggs well with milk, salt and mustard.

Layer bread, sausage and cheese in 9x13 dish.

Pour egg mixture on top.

Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
