Cheese Sticks
ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups old cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp dry mustard
- 1/4 cayenne pepper (or more)
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup water

Grate the cheese.

Blend all ingredients together into soft mixture.

You may add extra water or butter, 1 Tbsp at a time, if necessary, to make the dough easy to handle.

Put dough into cookie press and pres out in sips about 4 inches long, or roll out and cut into strips.

You may also roll on board in pencil fashion.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 400°F until lightly browned and firm, ~ 8-10 minutes
