Vegetable Supreme
A good side dish. Creamy and cheesy.
ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter or margerine
- 1/2 box seasoned croutons
directions

Cook vegetables for 5 minutes. Blanche. Put them in a casserole dish.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs. Add Mayonaise, Onion, soup and 1/2 cup of cheese. Pour over vegetables.

Springkle remaining cheese and croutons on top. Pour melted butter over the top.

Bake 1/2 hour at 350.

I like this as a side when cooking a ham.
