Ginny's Reuben Dip
Recipe was given to me by a good friend, Ginny Everard
ingredients
- 1 lb. corn beef shredded
- 8oz. swiss cheese, shredded
- 8oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 16oz. sauerkraut, drained, shredded
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing
- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds (optional)

Mix all ingredients together in a deep skillet on medium heat until everything is melted and bubbling.

Serve in 9x13 cassorole dish.
