Recipe was given to me by a good friend, Ginny Everard

ingredients

  • 1 lb. corn beef shredded
  • 8oz. swiss cheese, shredded
  • 8oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 16oz. sauerkraut, drained, shredded
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing
  • 1/2 tsp caraway seeds (optional)

directions

  • 1

    Mix all ingredients together in a deep skillet on medium heat until everything is melted and bubbling.

    Serve in 9x13 cassorole dish.
