Hashed Brown Potato Casserole
Low fat ideas: Substitute low fat hashed browns, use low fat or non fat sour cream, use low fat cheese, get low fat soup, reduce the amount of butter.
ingredients
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated or chopped onion
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 lbs frozen hashed brown potatoes
- 2 cup crushed corn flakes
- 1 stick butter or margarine

Combine the first 7 ingredients with the potatoes. Place in large, greased casserole dish. Top with corn flakes mixed with one stick of melted butter.

Bake 45-50 minutes at 350’.
