Judy's Pineapple Dip Ball
ingredients
- 2-8 oz. cream cheese - softened
- 1 can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 Tablespoons onion
- 1 Tablespoon season salt

Make sure the pineapple is drained well.

Combine all ingredients - except the pecans. You will only put a few of those in the mixture, the rest are the roll the balls in.

Serve with Wheat Thins!

Form the mixture into 2 balls then roll the balls in pecans.
