Healthy Cookies

These extra large, energy-packed cookies are a perfect after-workout treat.

  • Preheat the over to 400°. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the oil and mix well. Stir in enough milk or water to make a firm mixture. Place heaped spoonfuls on an oiled baking tray and flatten them into 3 inch rounds. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden at the edges. Cool on a rack.
