Cheese & Noodle Casserole
ingredients
- 12 oz. package medium noodles
- 2 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 c. grated Jack, Swiss, or mozzarella
- butter

Cook noodles until just tender. Drain. Beat eggs and stir in sour cream. Mix cheeses together.

Layer in buttered 2 quart casserole:

1/3 of noodles, 1 c. cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat 2 more times. Pour sour cream mixture over top. Dot with butter.

Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.
