Wonton Sausage
ingredients
- 1 Package (about 12oz) Wonton wrappers.
- 1 lb of bulk pork sausage. (Or buy sausages and cut them open).
- 2 cups (8oz) Shredded Cheese (Colby is best).
- Chopped: 1/2 (medium size) green pepper, 1/2 sweet red pepper and slice 2 bunches of green onions.
- 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing.

Lightly press wonton wrappers onto the bottom and up the sides of a miniature muffin cup tin.

Bake at 350 for 5 minutes or until edges are brown.

In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, then drain.

In the skillet with the sausage still in it, stir in the cheese, peppers, onions and salad dressing.

Spoon a heaping table spoonful into each wonton cup.

Bake for 6-7 minutes (or until heated through).

Makes about 4 dozen.

Serve with corn chips.
