Auntie’s Chicken Casserole


Make day ahead

servings:Makes 4


  • 8 ounces macaroni, uncooked
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked & chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup


Mix all together & refrigerate overnight, covered. Take out 1 hour before cooking & let stand. Bake at 350@ for 1 hour.
