Tzatziki (Yogurt And Cucumber Sauce):
ingredients
- 3 C plain yogurt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled, halved, seeded and diced
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint leaves
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
directions
1. Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine with a fork. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to marry.
2. Yield: 4 cups
