Blueberry Thing

ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t. lemon juice
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • 8 oz. container Cool Whip

    Combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and pecans. Press in bottom of 13x8 pan.

    Beat cream cheese sugar, eggs and lemon juice until creamy. Spread over crust.

  • 3

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes. Top with pie filling, then Cool Whip. Chill several hours or overnight.
