Chocolate Biscuit Pudding
ingredients
- 32 Rich Tea biscuits
- 1lb ground Cashew nuts
- 8oz Sugar
- 4oz Butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 5 level tbsp Cocoa
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Rum
- 1 cup Milk

You will need a large desert dish.

Beat the butter, egg yolks, vanilla, cocoa, rum and cashew nuts till smooth and light

Dip the biscuits in enough milk to cover them.

Place a layer of biscuits so that they cover the base of the desert dish.

Next add a layer of the egg yolk mixture (about an inch thick), follow with another layer of biscuits.

Continue the process till you have reached the top of the desert dish. (the final layer should be the egg yolk mixture)

Refrigerate for about 1 hour and serve.
