Protein Pancakes
ingredients
- 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup dry oats
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- dash of cinnamon
- 1 packet of Splenda
- 1/8 cup milk
- 1/2 tbsp light spread
- 1/8 cup sugar-free syrup
directions
Put all of the ingredient into your blender, blend until you have a nice thick batter. Coat a skillet with non-stick cooking spray, and prepare over medium heat just like regular pancakes.
