A crowd pleaser at every summer gathering.
- 1 head broccoli, cut in bite sized pieces
- 6-8 strips crispy bacon
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup mayo (Hellmann’s ® preferred)
- 1/4 cup (or less) sugar
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
Great for pot luck meals. I like to double the dressing for the salad, personally, but be careful doubling the sugar and only use 12 strips of bacon at the most.
