GRILLED SALMON ROULADE WITH LEMON-DILL AIOLI

- 2 teas Olive oil
- 1/2 teas Salt
- 1/2 teas Black pepper
- 1/4 cup Reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 1 Garlic clove, mashed to a paste
- 1 Tble Low-fat milk
- 1 teas Grated lemon zest
- 1 1/2 teas Fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teas Chopped fresh dill
