Pumpkin Bar
ingredients
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 tps Baking Powder
- 2 tps Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tps Baking Soda
- 1/2 tps Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 tps Ground Ginger
- 1/4 tps Ground Colver
- 1/4 tps Salt
- 4 Beaten Eggs
- 1 16-oz Can Pumpkin
- 1 Cup Cooking Oil
- Cream Cheese Frosting

Preheat over to 350°

Combine in a large bowl all dry ingredients. Stir in Eggs, pumpkin, and cooking oil till well combined. Spread into an ungreased 15x10x1 baking pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350° or till cooked through in center. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting when cooled.
