Chicken Salad
Everyone asks for this recipe! Great for Brunch or Lunch!
ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple (15 oz.)
- 3 c cubed cooked chicken
- 1 medium red and 1 medium green apple
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 c sliced celery
- 1 c mayonaise
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt

Drain pineapple, save 1/4 c of juice

Mix in Bowl #1:

pineapple, chicken, nuts, apples, celery.

Mix in bowl #2:

mayonaise,pineapple juice, vanilla, salt and sugar

Blend both bowls together.

Serve on croissants!
