- 1/2 cup butter melted (1 stick)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 – 8 1/2 oz. Corn muffin mix (Jiffy brand)
- 2 eggs – slightly beaten
- 1 can chopped green chili peppers
- Optional: 2 drops Tabasco sauce)
