Sandy's Meatballs
ingredients
- Chop meat (all beef sirloin)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- 5 or 6 eggs
- Breadcrumb
- Big handful of grated cheese
- Dried Parsley

In a big bowl add all of the ingredients and knead with your hands

Add enough breadcrumb and grated cheese until mixture is firm enough to make a ball

Have a frying pan ready with heated oil and fry meatballs on all sides

You do not have to cook them through. You can just brown them on the outsides. They will continue cooking when you add them to the Sunday Gravy.
