Aunt Linda's Ribbon MoldJennifer
- 1 3oz. pkg of 4 different jellos
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
Put gelatin in 1/2 cup water to dissolve and set aside.
Bring whipping cream and sugar almost to boiling. Remove from heat. Add gelatin and stir until well blended.
Cool and stir in sour cream until well blended.
Mix each flavor jello with 1 1/2 cups boiling water in separate bowls.
Set each jello bowl in pan full of hot water to keep from setting.
Place first color of jello in bottom of mold and put in freezer 15 minutes or until set. Take out and place 1/3 of cream mixture over jello. Freeze 15 minutes. Repeat with other jello with cream filling in between layers.
Refrigerate overnight. Place pan in warm water 1-2 minutes to loosen and invert on pretty plate.
