Myrtle's Pineapple Party Salad
ingredients
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (drain and reserve juice)
- 3 oz. pkg. lime jello
- 3 oz. pkg. lemon jello
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Add water to pineapple juice to make 2 cups. Heat to boiling and add jello and salt.

Set aside to cool to lukewarm.

Combine remaining ingredients and then add cooled jello. Pour into 9x9 dish and refrigerate overnight.
