Oriental Slaw
This is Cathy’s specialty slaw and it is always a yummy side dish, especially in the summer!
ingredients
Slaw- 1/2 red cabbage, chopped
- 4-5 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 2 packages Ramen noodles, crushed
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- (Optional: seasoning packet from Ramen noodles)

Toss dry ingredients together. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over slaw just before serving.

Also good with chopped chicken added.
