Shirley’s favorite turkey recipe from Petrini’s market
ingredients
- 2 oz. olive oil
- 2 T. of melted butter
- 2 T. salt
- 2 t. paprika
- 2 t. white pepper
- 8 oz. turkey or chicken broth
- 3 oz. brandy
- 1c. white wine
- 1 pkg. Bisto gravy maker
- 1 turkey

A flavorful turkey and very good gravy. (The photo shows some of the Fedrick boys (Carter, Todd, Bubba, Ron, Jeff, Rick and Gary) washing dishes after one recent Thanksgiving dinner. This mischievous bunch can do a good job, if you keep an eye on them.
