Oriental Green Bean Vinaigrette
very tasty recipe... might need mint gum after eating ... very garlicy!
ingredients
- green beans
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp dried ginger
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
directions

Boil green beans.

Combine vinaigrette ingredients in a glass jar or cruet. Mix well.

Dress green beans before serving.

Tastes good cold for people who don't have hot plates on shabbat!
