Mrs. Flam's Strawberry Rhubarb Kugel

ingredients

Crust
  • 4 cups flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • Mix, put as bottom layer and sprinkle on top.
Filling
  • 1 bag frozen rhubarb, thawed
  • 1 bag frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 tbs. brown sugar
  • 1/8 cup corn starch
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Blend in a blender

directions

Pour filling over layer of crust, and sprinkle remaining crust on top. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. This recipe is a winner, and is always oved by anyone who tries it!
