Chicken Adobo
This is a simple dish that is loaded with flavor! And all the credit goes to Pam for introducing this to me. This is best when served over rice.
ingredients
- 2 T oil (vegetable or olive)
- 3 lbs chicken (on the bone with skin)
- 1 med yellow onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 c water
- 2 c low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 c white vinegar
- 2 bay leaves
