Grilled Beef Salad
ingredients
Beef- 1 T fresh ground pepper
- 1 t kosher salt
- 1 T thinly sliced green onion
- 6 minced garlic cloves
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 T minced fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 lb flank steak, trimmed
- 1/4 c lime juice
- 1 T soy sauce
- 2 T finely chopped basil
- 1 t sugar
- 2 T finely chopped cilantro
- 1 t dark sesame oil
- 8 c mixed salad greens
- 1 c thinly sliced yellow bell pepper
- 2 c grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 c thinly sliced red onion
- 1 1/2 c fresh bean sprouts

To prepare beef, combine first six ingredients; rub over beef, cover and refrigerate 30 min. Prepare grill. Grill beef 8 min/side or until done to your liking. Cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices.

To prepare dressing, combine and stir well with a whisk.

To prepare salad, toss ingredients in large bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss. Top with beef.
