  • 2 minced cloves
  • 3 c chopped zucchini
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 4 c chicken broth
  • 1/4 c white wine
  • 3 T tomato paste
  • 1/2 t crushed red pepper
  • 2 15 1/2oz chickpeas (rinsed & drained)
  • 2 14oz diced tomatoes (rinsed & drained)
