Chocolate and peppermint

- 12oz White Chocolate
- 12oz Semi Sweet Chocolate
- 30 pieces peppermint candy-crushed
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- Tin Foil
- Cookie Sheet
Line cookie sheet with tin foil
Melt semisweet chocolate, extract, and whipping cream over double boiler until melted. Pour onto lined cookie sheet, smooth out, add half of crushed peppermints. Refrigerate for 30 min to set.
Next, melt white chocolate over double boiler, smooth over chocolate, add rest of peppermints, refrigerate until set.
Break into pieces, store in air tight container. Will keep for approx 2-3 weeks.
I make this one especially for my sis, who truly loves peppermint candy.
