Cranberries, Walnuts, and Crumbled Cheese over Greens

ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
- salt & freshly ground black pepper (optional)
- 3 cups packed mixed mesclun or spring greens
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup walnut halves (raw or roasted)
- 1/2 cup crumbled farmer cheese

Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, and soy sauce. Mix well.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Toss greens with dressing, cranberries, and walnuts.

Arrange on serving plates; top with cheese.
