Shirley’s Fried Chicken
This is one of the first recipes Shirley made after she and dad were married. It was an instant favorite!
- 2 cut-up frying chickens
- 2 eggs - beaten with a little milk
- 1 c. flour
- Crushed saltine crackers- 2 or so tubes
- Vegetable oil
- Black iron skillet
Shirley made this recipe soon after she and dad were married. She was a keeper and so was her recipe for this delicious fried chicken!
