ingredients

  • 1 loaf sourdough bread, crust removed, cubed
  • 1 lb. diced ham
  • 1 lb. shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 lb. shredded swiss
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 3 cups corn flakes cereal
  • 1 cube butter

directions

Layer one-half bread in 9x13 pan. Then add cheeses and ham. Finish with remaining bread. Pour in wet ingredients and let sit several hours. Melt butter and shake with cereal in zip-lock bag to coat. Top egg/bread mixture. Bake at 375 for one hour.
