Broccoli Cheese Soup

This is super yummy. The stock is made from chicken broth and milk (not cream.)
ingredients
- 3 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli or 3 big heads of fresh broccoli.
- 3 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups+ cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup parmasean cheese
- 1 pinch ground white pepper
