directions
In a bowl, soak chiles in very hot water and cover until soft, about 15 minutes. Drain. Tear into small pieces, and place in a blender. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. The sangrita will keep for about a week.
notes
To drink: serve each person 2 shot glasses and a slice of lime: fill the first glass with Sangrita, the second with tequila. Drink the shots in order, followed by biting into the lime. Hola!
