Bruschetta
A sure-to-please dinner party starter. Trust me.
ingredients
- 4 tomatoes, cubed
- 1/2 large red onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- seasoning salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 1 loaf french bread, sliced

In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together. Cover and chill in the refrigerator 8 hours, or overnight, before serving.

Brush the french bread with olive oil and crushed garlic. Toast until warm and slightly crispy, then top with bruschetta mixture and serve up to your hungry guests!
