ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tea bags Golden Honey Darjeeling (hard to find, I bought on Amazon)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup apple juice (I use Martinelli’s Apple Cider)
  • lemon slices
  • ice
  • Note: For a large group I use 32 tea bags, 16 cups water, 16 tablespoons honey, 16 cups apple juice

    1.Bring water to boil and pour 1/2 cup over tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes.

    2.Remove and squeeze tea bags. Add honey, stir well. Cool down by adding the other half cup of the water. Combine chilled tea, apple juice, and lemon slices. Serve over ice.
