Frozen Mocha Cheesecake

This mocha cheesecake makes grown men WEEP !!

ingredients

  • 1 1/4 C chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 1/4 C butter – melted
  • 1 – 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese – softened
  • 1 – 14 oz. can of condensed milk
  • 2/3 C chocolate syrup
  • 2 TB instant coffee
  • 1 tsp. hot water
  • 1 Container whipping cream (I use Cool Whip)

directions

In small bowl combine cookie crumbs, sugar and melted butter. In a buttered spring form pan pat the crumb mixture firmly on bottom and sides of pan; chill. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy; add the condensed milk and chocolate syrup. In a small bowl dissolve coffee in water. Add to milk mixture and mix well. Fold in whipped cream; pour in prepared pan and cover. Freeze 6 hrs. or until firm. Garnish with whipped cream and additional crumbs or chocolate curls.

I use Pepperidge Farm brownie nut cookies and a medium container of Cool Whip.
